Asharqia Chamber presents its best greetings to you and would like to inform you of receiving of the letter of the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization No. (8064 / p) dated (18/11/1439) that noted that the Authority has published the Regulations for the measurement and calibration system and the list of costs of measurement and calibration services in Um Al-Qura newspaper on (24/9 / 1439H) corresponding to 8/6/2018.
It also published the technical annexes for commercial scales and fuel pumps on its website on (27/9/1439 H), corresponding to 11/6/2018.
The Authority hopes all manufacturers, importers and those who use commercial scales, fuel pumps and concerned facilities to comply with these regulations and technical specifications, and start working on the application of its requirements.
